La Drôme vote du bout des doigts Nicolas Sarkozy
On la croyait jumelle avec sa voisine l'Ardèche sur le plan électoral mais il s'avère que la rive gauche se gauchise moins vite. Alors qu'on aurait pu croire après le succès de la gauche aux cantonales en 2011 que les Drômois poursuivraient dans les urnes cette fois-ci, il semblerait que ce ne soit pas encore le cas. Toutefois, le vote pour Nicolas Sarkozy est moins tranché qu'en 2007. En 2007, Nicolas Sarkozy l'emportait avec 54,88% des voix (152482) contre 45,12% (125384) pour Ségolène Royal. Cette fois-ci, le président sortant a mobilisé 139 435 voix contre 134959 pour François Hollande (celui-ci empochant une plus value de plus de 9500 voix par rapport à la candidate PS de 2007). Alors quid du vote des électeurs pour les législatives ? La Drôme compte quatre circonscriptions, toutes aux mains de l'UMP.
